Roel has a mix of unique talent and a focus on replicability and systematisation which will certainly mean he is successful in his endeavours. He has a real and clear passion and aptitude for sales and scaling businesses, on top of mentorship. As well as very motivating, he is incredibly responsive despite his busy schedule and always willing to help people out. A story, to show Roel’s beyond impressive leadership: When I was struggling with my sales, Roel took it upon himself to get back into the field and show me the ropes. Not only did he make it look simple (🤣), but he made it fun! It started pouring down with rain, yet all i could hear was his laughter. He showed me that failing is a part of life, but as long as you have the right people around you – you can achieve great things. Despite working for Roel for a short amount of time, I learnt many things. Resilience, drive, enthusiasm and unconditional support. He pushed me like no one has before, and when I was struggling – he never looked down on me, he saw it as an opportunity to guide me to which when I eventually succeeded, it felt even more amazing. I appreciate Roel’s leadership, it’s something that comes natural to him and he always inspires the best version of yourself.

Whilst Roel’s advice is esteemed, his example is invaluable. Those with a thirst for success flock to him, and it very soon becomes clear why. Simply the time spent around such a positive presence is all that’s needed to begin developing people into problem solvers, motivational speakers and, most notably, leaders. I’ve worked within Roel’s business for almost 6 months now and couldn’t have seen such progression or success without his direction. A true charismatic spirit who never fails to bring energy to his team, this leader’s personality speaks volumes for how effective a genuinely good attitude can be, both for a business and for personal growth.
